I know that Jutta Eckstein has worked with Agile projects with around 150 developers, if I remember correctly. And she once told me that she knows someone who calls that "small".

Why do you ask?

I am interested if Agile can scale. How do you think an Agile team of 300 would work? 500? 1000?
